“Ghostheads” – a term first used by Paranorman to describe fans of the “Ghostbusters” franchise. The online Ghostbusters community has changed a lot since then, having been through both ups and downs. Recently, the community has been somewhat dormant – and until several months ago things did not look so great. Fortunately, news of a new Ghostbusters video game sparked life back into the online community; causing a sudden resurgence in the fandom. People started talking again, new people were finding out about the Ghostbusters niche of the web and old faces were reappearing. That is where we come in.

Three years ago podcasting was just starting to become the “in” thing on the web. That’s when this project began it’s infancy. Longtime community members Captain N and Jesusfreak had an idea; why not make a podcast dedicated to Ghostbusters? The idea bounced around, and ultimately nothing came of it. Until now.

Ghostheads is a podcast dedicated to anything and everything Ghostbusters related. This ain’t our first rodeo either cowboy. Ghostheads is hosted by two longtime members of the community; Ronald Daniels and Jason Hughes. Jason, known as Captain N, is a recent college graduate who has been a member of the community for around eight and a half years. Ronald Daniels, once known as Jesusfreak, is currently a political science major who is seeking a career in law and has been a member of the community for around nine years. Together they are the dynamic duo who will host the only podcast dedicated to bring you everything Ghostbusters.
